Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions
Once you receive your items please ensure it is exactly what you ordered before opening or using them. Items cannot be returned or exchange if it has been altered or used. They must be in its original condition and packaging. All lace products are final sale! (Closures , frontals, lace wigs!).
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days after confirmed. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
-memberships
-sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without the original invoice. We will be unable to process the return and refuse to accept it from the mail courier.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@layoushair.com.
Sale items are final
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Layoushair.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the courier directly. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to the courier.
Exchanges for Online Purchases
Currently, we do not guarantee exchanges for purchases made online as we cannot guarantee the items you want will be in-stock in the size or style desired by time your return arrives.
Shipping
To return your product, you should first contact support@layoushair.com for Return Authorization and Labeling Instructions!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a product please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Packages get lost during transit or damaged, so it is your responsibility to make sure you make necessary arrangements with your courier service.
DAMAGED
If your item is incorrect or damaged at the time of delivery please contact us at support@layoushair.com. We will not be held responsible for items damaged by the consumer. (Once you apply any form of chemical or color to your item we are no longer responsible, and that item is no longer eligible for a return.
